We acquired LED chips from Bridgelux, a leading firm known for providing top-notch LED chips. During this process, an automated LED chip placement machine aids in extracting LED chips from the tray and assembling them onto the PCB in an orderly manner, while also facilitating automatic defect identification.

Wire Bonding
The LEDs are now illuminating as the driver applies specific voltage and current, thanks to the wire bonder’s efforts in correctly connecting the components on the PCB to form a complete circuit. To ensure a reliable and durable connection, we have chosen 99.9% pure gold as our bonding wire, which significantly reduces the risk of corrosion and extends the lifespan of the circuit.

LEDs Gluing
Following the bonding process, the PCB will proceed to the color toning stage, enabling the LEDs to emit any hue desired by our clients. By modifying the glue color according to the PANTONE standard, we guarantee that we can achieve a consistent color across all batches.

LEDs Sorting
The automated spectrophotometer will facilitate the sorting of all LEDs based on their current, voltage, and color characteristics. This sorting process also serves to eliminate any defective LEDs. Subsequently, LEDs sharing the same specifications will be linked together to form strips and then sent to the subsequent workshop for further processing.

The LED driver serves as a contained power source that dictates the dimming method, the number of LEDs that can be employed, operating voltage, and other crucial specifications. Anova designs, manufactures, and tests our LED drivers in-house to guarantee the consistent quality and performance of our LED lighting products. The production of LED drivers demands meticulous precision, with our workers meticulously assembling and connecting all components in accordance with the design specifications. A functional test is imperative following this process to verify that the LED driver is functioning correctly.

Utilizing the most advanced CNC equipment and water jet cutting technology, Anova crafts molds with exceptional precision and strict tolerances of ±0.01mm, ensuring that the designed housings are accuratelyformed.
Sustainable Product Manufacturing Via Injection Molding
To protect our oceans, we utilize recycled ocean plastic in the production of our lighting products. This plastic waste undergoes a meticulous collection and treatment process, transforming it into a viable manufacturing material. During this stage, we inject the molten plastic into molds, carefully regulating pressure and duration to ensure the shape and strength of each lighting product.

CNC Machining
Drilling using CNC robots can improve production efficiency and accuracy, reduce human errors, and allow for uninterrupted production around the clock.
LED Lighting Assembly
Assembling all the parts
With LED drivers, LEDs, and housing in readiness, the assembly workshop is now poised to integrate all the components together.
Anova adheres to a standardized assembly procedure, utilizing a Bill of Materials (BOM) for each type of LED light, which outlines the proper method and specifications for light assembly. It is imperative that all workers complete the assembly tasks in accordance with the provided sheet.

Quality Assessment And Packaging
To ensure long-term performance and reliability, the assembled luminaires will undergo a continuous 24-hour aging test under conditions approximating actual usage voltage and current. Only those lighting products that pass this test will proceed back to the production line for packaging.
